Eagle Maritime Consultants, Inc. is an independent, third-party surveying company; a leader in Marine Consulting, Transportation and Risk Management. Verify routes provided by State Department.

Inspect and confirm loads are properly secured for road transit.

Address all possible concerns of the route.

Monitor and document load while enroute.

Verify load is physically within all clearances.

Contact receiving facility to ensure arrangements to receive the load.
AIR
TRANSPORT

Confirm cargo details such as dimensions and weights are within capacity.

Coordinate cargo operations with Load Master.

Inspection of cargo prior/post operations.

Ensure handling of cargo is carried per requirements.
-
Verify securing of cargo to prevent possible damages.

Inspect final securing of cargo prior to take-off.
RAIL
TRANSPORT

Obtain pre-clearance confirming load is within limits.

Communicate with terminals and site reps for railcar updates,

Inspect railcar prior to loading to verify the condition, its capacity, and make sure load deck is clear for loading.

Monitor the loading, ensuring the loading is centered longitudinally and transversely on load bed and/or generate necessary calculations and procedures for off-set of COG of load in all places.

Inspect tie-down for compliance with securing requirements.
SEA
TRANSPORT

Inspection of cargo to document any exceptions.

Ensure all cargo is accounted for and report any discrepancies.

Relay any special handling/stowage information.

Monitor the loading or discharge of cargo, ensuring proper rigging to prevent possible damages.

Inspect securing and stowage plan for adequacy for ocean transit.
